Will there be a For Others representative at the Harpeth Hotel when I arrive?
​Yes. Upon arrival at The Harpeth, there will be a For Others staff member at a table in the lobby. This is where you can review your registration or transportation needs, and let us know how else we can serve you to ensure your trip is wonderful.

Will there be transportation available to and from the events?
​Yes. For our guests staying at The Harpeth Hotel in Downtown Franklin, transportation is available to and from all events and the hotel.​

Where is the pick up location for transportation from the Harpeth Hotel?
Shuttles will leave from the Harpeth Hotel’s front entrance by the valet podium. Please arrive on time so you don’t miss a moment of the day!

What Should I Wear?
CELEBRITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
Unique to Troubadour, there is no dress code on their prestigious course. We recommend dressing athletically and comfortably.
LADIES' GATHERING
Whether in jeans and a blouse or a sundress, we invite you to dress cute and comfortable.

PREMIER DINNER, AUCTION, & CONCERT
With dinner taking place in the garden, we encourage an outfit that goes best with garden-friendly shoes. We also suggest bringing a jacket or sweater for the cool evening breeze. When selecting your 'fit, think Nashville chic!​​

What should I bring to the Ladies’ Gathering?
We recommend bringing a pen and paper if you’re a notetaker. Otherwise, just bring your wonderful self!

What should I bring to the Celebrity Golf Tournament?
Other than your golfing gear, we recommend packing a change of clothes and any other items for dinner if you plan to shower on-site after golf. More details about showers can be found further down this FAQ list.

How will my personal bags, swag, and/or other gifts be stored at the golf course?
All bags will be checked in upon arrival to Troubadour. Swag or gifts acquired on the course will be expertly handled by staff to ensure safe storage while you play. Our labeling system will ensure a smooth pickup when you’re ready to collect your belongings.

How will I know where my team will start on the golf course?
Large signage will be posted at the course with each team’s starting location.
​
Will there be food and drink available on the golf course?
Yes, anticipate delicious food stations and beverages throughout the course!

What time does the Ladies’ Gathering end?
The Ladies’ Gathering typically runs until 2-3 pm. Shuttles will transport Harpeth guests back to the hotel.

What are my options between golf and dinner?
There are a couple of options for your time between golf and dinner:
Showers will be available on-site for golfers who would like to remain at Troubadour. Clear signage will mark the location, and golfers can retrieve their shower bags from check-in. Shower items will be provided.
Shuttles will be available for Harpeth Hotel guests who would like to return to the hotel between golf and dinner.
How do I get to the Troubadour Garden for the Dinner, Concert, and Auction?
Golfers who choose to shower at Troubadour will be encouraged to hop in their cars and head on down to the Garden for Happy Hour.
Harpeth Hotel guests, including those who returned after golf, will be shuttled directly to the Garden.

For those driving themselves, please note the entrance for the Garden is different than Troubadour’s main entrance. Please follow signage to ensure you are pulling into the Garden off of Cox Road.

Will there be any special dietary arrangements made at dinner?
​Yes. Our dinner will feature various food stations designed to accommodate any food restrictions or allergies - from gluten-free to vegan.

What time does the Dinner, Concert, and Auction end?
The evening typically ends around 10:30 pm. If you need to leave early, please inform a staff member so we can help arrange transportation.

Where do I go for transportation back to the Harpeth Hotel at the end of the night?
Shuttles will pick up guests from the Troubadour Garden.
​
Who can I contact if I need help or have questions during the event?
For Others staff and volunteers will be readily available to help all day throughout every location. Please let any of us know how we can assist you!​​
